Taste of the Towns
The Taste of the Towns is a Wine / Food Tasting and Benefit Auction put on by the Nashua Center. The Nashua Center was founded in 1974 by a small group of concerned parents of children with severe/multiple disabilities in need of services. Incorporated in 1976 as Nashua Center for the Multiply Handicapped, Inc., the Center has built a reputation for providing high quality care to hundreds of individuals of all ages throughout Southern New Hampshire. Fund-raising events like this allow the Nashua Center to continue to provide specialized care and support to individuals of all ages. The silent auction had something for everyone with items ranging from autographed Red Sox jerseys to weekend away trips to the Cape. The live auction was full of tickets to Red Sox games and vacations getaways too. This year they had a ticket raffle to win an autographed guitar. Tel-Net purchased the lucky ticket and went home with this exciting guitar.
